Responsibilities:

• Make phone calls to potential customers.
• Introduce and explain Delux products and promotions.
• Set appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers.
• Keep records of calls and customer details.
• Work with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Friendly and confident on the phone.
• Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia ,English, Mandarin
• Basic product knowledge (training provided).
• Experience in telemarketing is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
