About Us

Huat Siang Hardware Sdn Bhd is an established industrial supplier with over 30 years of experience in steel and engineering materials, including pipes, valves, fittings, flanges, and structural products. We serve industries such as construction, oil & gas, shipbuilding, and manufacturing across Malaysia and Asia.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth customer order processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related sales documents

• Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and delivery schedules

• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and finance departments

• Handle customer enquiries professionally and promptly

• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and order status updates

• Assist the sales team with reports, schedules, and administrative support

• Monitor stock availability and update customers accordingly

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of sales records

• Support management with sales reports and operational tasks

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination / sales admin preferred

• Fresh graduates with strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Experience with ERP / accounting / CRM systems is an advantage
