Job Summary

Perform quality checks and manual deburring on machined parts and assist in mechanical pin insertion processes to ensure product standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machined parts visually to identify defects and ensure quality standards before further processing
• Perform manual deburring on completed parts to remove sharp edges and improve finish quality
• Insert mechanical pins accurately into components following specified procedures
• Follow safety and quality protocols during inspection and assembly tasks
• Adapt to different shift schedules including normal and rotating shifts as required
• Participate in on-the-job training to develop skills and knowledge for quality checking and assembly tasks

Other Information

Working Hours:

• Normal shift: 8am to 5pm (Mon to Fri), 8am to 12:15pm (Sat)
• 1st shift: 7am to 3pm (Mon to Sat)
• 2nd shift: 3pm to 11pm (Sat)
