Location: PETRONAS Twin Towers, KLCC

Employment Requirement: Malaysian Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Person-in-Charge (PIC) for the outlet during operating hours.
• Oversee daily F&B operations and ensure smooth service throughout the day.
• Supervise service crew and assign duties according to operational requirements.
• Handle cashiering, POS transactions, customer payments and daily cash reconciliation.
• Manage customer service and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Ensure food and beverage preparation, service quality, cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Coordinate stock receiving, replenishment and basic inventory control.
• Ensure staff comply with company SOPs, building access requirements, security procedure and workplace safety requirements.
• Conduct opening and closing checks and report significant operational issues to management.
• Coordinate with suppliers, building management and management where required.

Requirements

• Malaysian Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
• Prior F&B supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Able to independently manage a small outlet and team.
• Comfortable with cashiering, POS and basic cash reconciliation.
• Responsible, organised and customer-focused.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays where required.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
