1. Role Positioning

This is a frontline sales role for the Hong Kong market, focusing on developing enterprise customers including local Hong Kong companies and multinational subsidiaries with local decision-making authority, and executing the full sales cycle to achieve individual performance targets and drive business expansion of GaiaWorks’ workforce management solutions in Hong Kong.

2. Key Responsibilities

Develop target enterprise accounts in Hong Kong, covering local enterprises and multinational subsidiaries with local decision-making authority, and complete lead qualification and opportunity conversion.

Independently engage key customer contacts, conduct business communication, demand exploration and value proposition, and drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.

Assist in maintaining local partner channels, follow up on referral opportunities, and support joint customer acquisition initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams including solution consulting and delivery to develop tailored solutions, advance commercial negotiations, and facilitate contract signing.

Maintain sales pipeline, document customer information and follow-up actions in a standardized manner, take ownership of core metrics including new customer wins, new ARR and opportunity conversion rate, and regularly review performance progress.

Collect and report market dynamics, competitive information and customer pain points to support regional go-to-market strategy optimization.

3. Requirements

Must-have: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the software industry in Hong Kong, with familiarity with business norms of the Hong Kong enterprise market.

Proven ability in independent customer development, capable of autonomously completing customer outreach, meeting scheduling and full-cycle opportunity advancement.

Strong learning agility to quickly grasp the business value of enterprise SaaS solutions; prior experience in HCM, HR SaaS, workforce management, SAP ecosystem or with large enterprise account resources is preferred.

Fluent business communication skills in English and Cantonese, with business-level Mandarin proficiency for internal cross-team collaboration.

Good cross-departmental collaboration awareness, able to coordinate internal resources to drive project delivery.

Highly result-oriented with strong resilience, disciplined in sales pipeline management and solid execution skills.
