We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team and help grow our client base in the employee benefits space.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage and develop employee benefits plans for corporate clients including health insurance and perks
• Negotiate with clients to provide competitive rates and services
• Advise and present benefits information to clients through consultations
• Handle client enquiries and provide clear, accurate information
• Analyse benefits trends and recommend improvements

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Good time management skills
• Prior sales experience is a plus but not required
