Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Project Executive. As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of creative projects. Key tasks include collaborating with clients and internal teams, overseeing project budgets, ensuring quality control, and addressing any issues that arise during project execution. Your role will involve maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Project management skills (preferred), including planning, organizing, and overseeing project completion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and team collaboration.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with design processes, large-format printing, and visual merchandising (preferred).
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools and/or project management software.
• Prior experience in advertising, design, or a related industry is advantageous.
• Possessing technical knowledge is advantageous.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate is welcomed but must have a passion for handling large scale events and projects with a willingness to learn on the job.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
• Flexible to work at project site even at odd hours as required by the project.
