PULSE MY is seeking a dedicated, professional and patient-focused Medical Assistant / Certified Nurse to join our growing team.

YOUR ROLE

As a Medical Assistant / Certified Nurse, you will support our doctors and clinic team in delivering a smooth, safe and professional patient experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform blood taking, swab collection and other sample collections for laboratory analysis.
• Properly prepare, label and handle patient samples according to required procedures.
• Ensure samples are properly prepared for collection and examination by appointed third-party laboratories.
• Maintain appropriate laboratory and medical supply inventory and arrange replenishment when required.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate relevant information clearly to patients.
• Record patient information, reports and test results accurately in the clinic management system.
• Communicate or present test results to physicians, researchers or patients where appropriate and within the scope of the role.
• Assist with front-counter and clinic administrative duties, including patient registration and appointment coordination.
• Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring strict confidentiality of patient information.
• Maintain a safe, clean and hygienic clinical environment in accordance with safety and infection-control procedures.
• Provide clinical support to doctors and assist with day-to-day clinic operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

REQUIREMENTS

You should have:

Medical Assistant or Nursing qualification
Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
Basic English proficiency for reading medical reports and communicating with patients
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous clinic, laboratory or healthcare experience will be an advantage

WHAT WE OFFER

Monthly Salary
RM2,500 – RM3,500

Working Hours

• 45 hours per week
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Working schedule may be subject to clinic operational requirements
