Job Title: Wholesale Operations Manager / Business Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and organized Manager to oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and drive business growth for our wholesale trade company. The ideal candidate will handle supplier relationships, coordinate sales and logistics, and ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee daily business operations, including order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and warehouse coordination.

• Supplier & Vendor Relations: Source products, negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers, and maintain strong vendor partnerships.

• Sales & Customer Support: Handle key client accounts, process wholesale orders, and address any customer inquiries or issues promptly.

• Logistics & Delivery: Coordinate shipping, freight, and local deliveries to ensure timely dispatch of goods.

• Team Coordination: Supervise junior staff or administrative personnel to ensure high productivity and smooth workflow.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in wholesale trade, supply chain, logistics, or general business management.

• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Good problem-solving abilities.

• Tech Literacy: Comfortable using basic office software (Excel, Word, email) and inventory or ERP management systems.
