Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

Provide sales administration and coordination support to ensure smooth order processing, customer service, documentation, and delivery fulfilment. Work closely with customers, warehouse, logistics providers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, export documents, and other sales-related paperwork to support sales operations
• Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on order status, shipments, and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfilment
• Coordinate delivery schedules with customers, manufacturers, and local warehouses to align logistics and inventory
• Support Japan export license applications by gathering and coordinating required documentation with intermediaries and end users, following provided training
• Review basic technical documents such as datasheets, drawings, and P&IDs to assist sales and logistics teams, with training provided
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines to support smooth sales processes
• Communicate clearly and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate willingness to learn new products, technical information, and processes to enhance job performance
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager to support team objectives
