Our client is a well-established global manufacturer and distributor of electronic and electromechanical components. They are currently seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive to join their dynamic team and support daily sales fulfillment operations.

about the job

• Order & Sales Fulfillment: Process requests for quotations (RFQs/web enquiries), customer orders, and billing documentation to ensure monthly sales fulfillment targets are met.
• Post-Sales & Account Support: Manage delivery rescheduling, return requests (RMA), customer complaints, claims, and contract/forms administration.
• Sample & Logistics Coordination: Oversee the timely dispatch of product samples, catalogues, and marketing literature to clients.
• Operational Reporting: Compile periodic performance metrics and complaint reports, assist with inventory/stock take exercises, and support arrangements for customer site visits.
• Communication & Ad-hoc: Attend to customer enquiries promptly within target timelines, participate in team operational reviews, and handle ad-hoc duties as required.

skills and experience required

• Diploma in Business Admin with 2–3 years’ electronics industry experience preferred.
• Strong English (spoken & written) and customer service skills.
