Digital Content Manager

Manage the complete lifecycle of our digital assets from concept to distribution, working directly with creators, clients, and the production team.

Responsibilities

• Manage End to End Production: Oversee the production schedule for our internal IP network and client projects to ensure strict timeline adherence.
• Drive Ideation and Scripting: Research topics, develop content strategies, and write scripts tailored for respective channel audiences.
• Coordinate Logistics and Shoots: Schedule studio sessions, arrange equipment, and manage on the ground operations during recording.
• Direct Post Production: Work directly with video editors to dictate visual style and pacing, while managing revision cycles and quality checks.
• Execute Content Packaging and Distribution: Build publishing schedules and handle platform uploads. Manage post packaging, including thumbnails, SEO optimized titles, descriptions, and tags.
• Monitor Algorithmic Growth: Track video performance across YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms. Analyse audience retention and platform metrics to optimize content and implement growth strategies.
• Coach Talents and Executives: Work with our creators and corporate clients to refine their on camera performance and storytelling.

Requirements and Skills

• Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, community guidelines, and platform features like Shorts.
• Ideas and Scriptwriting: Able to research trending topics and write compelling scripts.
• Copywriting: Ability to write catchy, clear, and brand safe text for posts and video descriptions.
• Basic Editing: Skill with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing software for quick video edits if needed.
• Data Analysis: Comfort reading analytics dashboards to find patterns and viewer habits.
• Time Management: Strong ability to juggle multiple video launches and social posts at once.
