Responsible for providing technical support and optimization for image transfer-related processes to ensure stable production workflows, meet product quality standards, and continuously improve production efficiency and yield.
What You Will Do
Process Technical Support

• Responsible for technical support and parameter adjustments for DES processes (PI roughening, development, etching, IMP, AOI), exposure processes (lamination, exposure, dechroming), and screen printing processes (text printing, green solder mask spraying, LPI, LPI exposure, development, peelable solder mask) to ensure stable production and high product quality.
• Regularly check process parameters, identify potential issues early, and optimize processes to reduce defect rates and improve yield and efficiency.
• Support new product introduction by conducting process testing and parameter adjustments to ensure stability and reliability during mass production.
• Use SPC (Statistical Process Control) tools to monitor key process data, analyze trends, and make proactive adjustments to address abnormalities and ensure process stability.
• Create and update PFMEA, analyze potential process risks, and develop corresponding solutions and improvement measures.

• Quickly respond to issues during production, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions to ensure production schedules are not disrupted.
• Use tools like SPC, DOE, 8D, and 5 Why to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead improvement projects to enhance process stability, product yield, and production efficiency, while continuously optimizing production workflows.

• Regularly collect and analyze process data using SPC and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP) to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare process reports, track improvement plans, and ensure the implementation of effective solutions to achieve desired outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with quality assurance, R&D, and production teams to resolve technical or quality issues during the process, ensuring timely solutions.
• Provide process-related technical training to help team members improve their skills and enhance productivity and product quality.
