Building operation,maintenance, repair, and statutory compliance of all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems within the building. To ensures the safe, efficient,and reliable operation of the building's services while maintaining a highstandard of service for tenants and owners.

Responsibilities

•       Manage the day-to-day operation of all M&E systems

•       Conduct routine inspections to ensure allbuilding services are functioning efficiently. 

•       Plan and implement preventive maintenanceprogrammes. 

•       Supervise contractors, service providers andmaintenance vendors. 

•       Respond to tenants' M&E-related requests and complaints. 

•       Coordinate shutdowns and maintenance activities with tenants to minimise operational disruptions. 

•       Provide technical advice on building services and operational matters. 

•       Assist in preparing annual maintenance budgets. 

•       Attend to emergency incidents after office hours when required. 

Requirements

•       Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering,Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a relateddiscipline. 

•       Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial, industrial or mixed-use building operations. 

•       Experience in managing outsourced maintenance contractors.
