About the role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Assistant to support our logistics and operational functions in Singapore, East side. This role is ideal for someone with a good background in supply chain, logistics, or operations, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and WMS systems is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking stakeholders.
Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred

- Logistics & Supply Chain Management: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
- Operational Support: Assist in managing warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in workflow efficiency and implement solutions.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and regulatory requirements.
- Customer Service Support: Address operational inquiries from clients and provide timely updates.
