Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
Monitor financial performance, costs and profitability.
Oversee accounting, month-end closing and financial reporting.
Manage cash flow and working capital.
Ensure compliance, internal controls and audit requirements.
Provide financial analysis and advice to Management.
Support business decisions, investments and strategic planning.
Lead and develop the Finance team.
Improve finance processes, systems and efficiency.
Handle other finance-related duties as required.
