Maxaudio Online Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated and responsible Business Administration Intern to join our team.

This internship is suitable for students who are interested in customer service, e-commerce, digital marketing, logistics, data, AI tools, and online business operations.

You do not need to know everything from Day 1. We will provide guidance and hands-on training to help you develop practical skills and understand how a real e-commerce business operates.

• Respond to customer enquiries and assist with product, order, delivery, return and exchange issues.

• Handle customer complaints, reviews and ratings professionally.

• Assist with returns, refunds, exchanges and marketplace disputes.

• Perform basic data entry, reporting and information management.

• Use AI tools to improve daily tasks and work efficiency.

• Assist with other day-to-day e-commerce and customer service tasks as required.

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Management, Communication or a related field.

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Friendly, patient, responsible and customer-oriented.

• Willing to learn and comfortable asking questions.

• Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills.

• Able to work independently as well as within a team.

• Good attention to detail and ability to manage tasks responsibly.
