Job Summary

You will lead and manage the human resource and administrative functions across the group of companies, driving policy development, compensation strategy, staff motivation, and payroll oversight to support organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation and development of human resource policies and practices across the group of companies to ensure alignment with business goals
• Review and analyze employee salary structures and overtime systems to maintain competitive and fair compensation
• Design career paths and establish salary ranges for each position to support employee growth and retention
• Analyze wage costs to optimize labor expenses and support financial planning
• Approve payroll payments to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation
• Conduct research on market trends in human resource practices to inform strategic HR initiatives
• Develop and implement plans to motivate and retain staff while enhancing staff welfare programs
• Manage and execute ad-hoc projects that align with and support the business objectives of the organization
