Job Description

Responsibilities

Genaral Manager

Salary: RM5,000 – RM9,000 per month

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Management or a related field.

  • Relevant experience in Ar-Rahnu, pawnbroking, financial services, sales, business development, retail or customer-facing operations will be an advantage.

  • Fluent in Mandarin is highly preferred / required

  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.

  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Sales-driven with a strong business development mindset.

  • Able to lead, supervise and motivate a team.

  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

  • Good numerical, reporting and administrative skills.

  • Responsible, trustworthy, proactive and able to work independently.

  • Willing to work on Saturdays according to the company's working schedule.
