Kapr Advisory PLT Hiring! Full Time Customer Service Associate in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

• To handle delivery matters and coordinate with suppliers & customers, prepare shipping documents, arrange delivery to customers etc.
• To handle customer claims issues with suppliers on logistic matters till it is validated.
• To handle purchasing matter such as issue PO to suppliers, coordinate with forwarder to make sure the cargo arrives on time.
• To update stock data from time to time to ensure the accuracy of data.
• To participate in physical stock checks when required.
• To make entries of PO, SO Invoice, DO, GRN into the system.
• To assist sales personnel, monitor customers payable and on-time collection if required.
• To attend to incoming calls and do filing.
• To ensure smooth month end closing without fail to meet posting dateline.
• To familiarize in company system, E-Filing, E-Invoicing application.
• Comply to division SOP and company rules.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in business administration, logistic, supply chain or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of work experience in customer service, purchase order processing or logistic coordination.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SAP or any CRM are added advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
