WE’RE HIRING | DRIVER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,200/month

Working Hours: 10am - 7pm

Working Days: 5 days/week + 2 rotational off days

️ Weekend: Saturday & Sunday work is required

What You’ll Do

Join our team as a Driver Support Specialist and be at the frontline of Grab's driver & delivery-partner onboarding!

Your responsibilities include:

• Contact potential our delivery partners through calls, SMS & follow-ups

• Handle end-to-end partner registration and onboarding

• Verify documents and process account activation

• Achieve daily/weekly activation targets

• Assist drivers/delivery partners with enquiries and issues

• Monitor newly activated partners and encourage their first delivery

• Manage onboarding counter operations at the hub

• Support partner engagement activities and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, telemarketing, inside sales, onboarding or high-volume operations

• Comfortable working with daily KPIs and targets

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia

• Mandarin or Tamil is an added advantage

• Comfortable with MS Excel, PowerPoint & Google Workspace

• Able to handle customers/partners professionally and resolve issues

• Willing to work weekends and rotational shifts

• Target-driven, proactive and adaptable
