The ideal candidate will support month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting activities for multiple entities within a Global Shared Services / RTR environment. The role will work closely with Corporate Finance, FP&A, Tax, Treasury and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support financial reporting, schedules and variance analysis
• Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliations
• Support internal and external audit requirements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Support ERP implementation, migration and enhancement projects

Qualifications

• Experience in RTR / Record-to-Report or accounting operations
• Hands-on experience in month-end closing and reconciliations
• Knowledge of intercompany accounting and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
