Full Time Business Development Executive Jobs, in VAD CAPITAL SDN BHD Petaling Jaya - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the cybersecurity and IT services market.
• Generate and nurture leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, partnerships, referrals, and other channels.
• Meet with clients to understand their business challenges, IT environment, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Promote cybersecurity solutions including SOC / MSS, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessment, GRC, Security Consulting, Managed Security Services, etc
• Work closely with the Presales / Technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and solution offerings.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct client presentations, product/service briefings, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with Presales, SOC, GRC, Project and Service Delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging cybersecurity opportunities.
• Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably within cybersecurity or IT services.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity solutions, services, and industry trends.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience handling B2B clients, tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while delivering sales targets.

Salary range: Up to RM8,000
