Prima Marine Services (M) Sdn Bhd is an approved panel surveyor for Container Packing Certificate (CPC) for dangerous goods by the local port authority (LPK) and is a corporate member of the Association of Independent Surveyors and Inspectors Malaysia (AISIM).
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Office Administrative Assistant role based in Perai. The Office Administrative Assistant will handle general office administration, including managing correspondence, answering and directing phone calls, organizing files and records, and supporting scheduling of meetings and appointments. The role involves preparing basic documents and reports, maintaining office supplies, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and assisting with data entry and record-keeping related to marine survey and inspection activities. The successful candidate will support senior staff with executive administrative tasks, ensure smooth daily office operations, and uphold professional standards in communication and customer service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage daily office operations, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls, correspondence, and interactions with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance experience to support senior staff with scheduling, document preparation, and coordination tasks.
- Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and filing.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and comfort working with digital records.
