We are a fast-growing SaaS company in the EduTech space, operating mainly in Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia, with almost 2000 schools as customers. Our mission is to revolutionize early childhood education through technology and provide innovative, scalable solutions to our customers.

About the Position

Title: Sales Support Executive (Contract)
Location: Malaysia
Department: Sales & Marketing
Contract Duration: 3 months (fixed-term, project-based), with potential to extend for a further 3 months

We're launching into new segments (enrichment, tuition, after-school, K12) and have a backlog of prospects that need to be worked through. We're looking for someone to run outbound calls, clear this backlog, and book qualified presentation slots for the sales team — so our sales executives can stay focused on running presentations and closing, rather than on initial outreach. This is a focused engagement tied to this launch push, with room to extend depending on ongoing need.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Make outbound cold calls to a defined list of prospects in Malaysia and Indonesia (Singapore to follow), prioritizing backlog and new-segment leads
  • Introduce LittleLives and gauge basic interest and fit
  • Schedule and coordinate product presentation appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate call logs and appointment records in the CRM
  • Follow up on non-responsive contacts to maximize connect rates

  • Hand off qualified, scheduled appointments to the relevant sales executive with basic context

What We Are Looking For

  • Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or B2B cold calling preferred
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
  • Good spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia required; Bahasa Indonesia a plus given Indonesia coverage
  • Basic CRM familiarity (training will be provided if needed)
  • Confident phone manner, resilient to rejection, organized with follow-ups

  • Available for the full contract period, with flexibility to extend if the role continues
