Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee retail operations across multiple stores.
• Drive sales, profitability, and overall store performance.
• Ensure high standards in customer service, VM, and daily operations.
• Manage inventory, stock accuracy, and minimize stock losses.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
• Monitor staff performance, rosters, and productivity.
• Analyse sales and operational reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and procedures.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Support new store openings and other ad-hoc business requirements.

Requirements:

• At least a Certificate or Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any discipline.
• At least 7-8 years of retail experience with minimum 5-6 years in retail management or related field.
• Good Interpersonal & communication Skill.
• Proven Leadership Skill.
• Able to manage complex and competing priorities.
• Analytical and business driven.
• Pleasant and able to work in team.
• Willing to travel.
• Fluent English in written and spoken. Able to converse in other language is an added advantage.
