Hiring: TeleConnect Officer

  Subang Jaya Medical Centre (SJMC)

  Subang Jaya | Full-Time | Shift Work


Requirements: 

  Nursing or Medical Assistant qualification, with valid APC

  3-5 years working experience preferred

  Good English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills

  Mandarin is an added advantage

Able to work in shifts


Job Scope: 

 • Handle calls, WhatsApp and Emails.

 • Assist with patient appointment bookings and medical enquiries

 • Monitor patients remotely and escalate concerns when needed
