Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Fit-out Site Supervisor role based in Singapore. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating with designers, project managers, contractors, and suppliers, monitoring progress, resolving site issues, and updating stakeholders on project status. The role involves supervising subcontractors, managing site documentation, conducting inspections, and verifying that materials and workmanship meet required standards. The Site Supervisor will also support project handover by ensuring completion of punch lists and compliance with local building and safety codes.
Qualifications
- Strong site supervision and project coordination skills, including experience managing interior fit-out works and multiple subcontractors.
- Knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, finishes, and detailing, particularly for commercial, office, and residential projects.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, space plans, technical specifications, and shop drawings.
- Familiarity with local building regulations, safety standards, and site compliance requirements in Singapore.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.
- Proficient in basic project documentation, reporting, and use of common office and construction-related software.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Prior experience in interior fit-out or renovation projects in Singapore or similar markets is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing project requirements and schedules.
