reEDIT is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in our Wong Chuk Hang offices in Southern District. As an Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating innovative and functional design solutions for a diverse range of commercial and residential projects. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the continued success of our growing practice.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborating with clients to understand their design requirements and translate their vision into stunning, cohesive interiors

• Conducting space planning, concept development, and design development to produce detailed design documentation

• Sourcing and specifying high-quality furniture, finishes, and fixtures that align with client preferences and budget

• Overseeing project implementation, including managing subcontractors and ensuring timely delivery

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our design capabilities

• Contributing to the growth and development of the interior design team through knowledge sharing and mentorship

What we're looking for

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within a design studio or architecture firm

• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Excellent space planning and conceptual design skills, with an eye for detail and a keen aesthetic sensibility

• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and the design team to deliver high-quality projects

• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas and solutions

• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles
