Responsibilities
Our IGH drivers operate our fleet of new SCANIA trailer trucks to transport containers safely from one port terminal to another, hence the term “inter-gateway”. Our trailer truck can tow up to 67 tons of load using its strong pulling power. If you have a valid Class 4 driving licence and enjoy the adrenalin of driving these heavy-duty vehicles, this may be the job for you.
Job Description
- Operate trailer truck vehicles within or outside PSA’s terminals safely and efficiently
- Transport containers to and from terminals
- Terminals include Keppel Terminal, Brani Terminal, Pasir Panjang Terminal and Tuas Terminal
- Free training, conducted by PSA Institute, will be provided
- Monthly gross salary up to S$ 4,600
- Location: Various port terminals in Singapore
Job requirements
- Singapore Class 4 driving licence is COMPULSORY
- At least 1 year of experience in driving heavy vehicles
- 12-hour shift work arrangements
- Able to work independently
