PH Palm Express Hiring! Full Time Purchasing Executive - Assistant Executive in Johor, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchasing Executive / Assistant Executive to join our talented team at PH Uni Palm Sdn Bhd, based in Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring efficient and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services to support the company's manufacturing and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

• Search for suppliers to purchase product.
• Received and record requisitions form.
• Checking item detail with mill.
• Monitor and negotiate product specification, price, delivery, L.A.D., etc to achieve cost and quality competitiveness.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of products / services as agreed and after sales services.
• Able to do stock take.
• Follow up, checking and verify invoices before submit to Account Department.
• Input stock data information in the system and checking stock quality.
• Efficient and effective stock control and monitoring.
• Record and filling.
• Manage other or special or ad-hoc projects assigned by the HOD or the Management.

What we're looking for
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain or any field.

• At least 2 - 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Experience in Palm Oil Mill will be additional advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
