Job Description:


  • Perform a wide range of electromechanical assembly operations on assemblies and sub-assemblies in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications and manufacturing procedures.
  • Read and interpret complex electromechanical drawings, diagrams and basic schematic diagrams to ensure accurate assembly and component installation.
  • Execute detailed manufacturing and assembly procedures, ensuring compliance with quality standards, specifications and production requirements.
  • Assemble, inspect and verify electromechanical components and systems, ensuring proper fit, alignment and functionality.
  • Perform precision measurements and dimensional checks within specified tolerances using appropriate measuring tools and equipment.
  • Support the validation of design, fabrication and fit-up of electromechanical assemblies to ensure compliance with engineering requirements.
  • Review and provide feedback on technical reports, work instructions and manufacturing procedures to support process improvements.
  • Identify assembly issues, discrepancies and defects, and work with relevant teams to support troubleshooting and corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to assembly activities, inspections and quality checks.
  • Comply with established safety, quality and manufacturing procedures to maintain a safe and efficient production environment.
  • Participate in required technical training and continuous improvement activities as assigned by the Supervisor.
  • Perform other production, assembly and technical duties as assigned by the Supervisor.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or a related technical discipline.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in electromechanical assembly, manufacturing, production or engineering environments.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret electromechanical drawings, engineering diagrams and basic schematics.
  • Hands-on experience in electromechanical assembly, component installation, precision measurement and inspection.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, work instructions and quality standards.
  • Ability to work with tight tolerances and perform accurate dimensional measurements.
  • Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to understand and follow complex manufacturing procedures and technical documentation.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering and production teams.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable with technical documentation and reporting.
  • Strong commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
  • Willing to relocate and based overseas.
