Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Involve in board assembly process
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Primary:
Responsible for minimum 2-3 PCBA process
Secondary:
SMT/Cros programing / 1st level trouble-shooting / Wavesolder machine monthly PM / rework
Job Duties:
- Material Prep: Components receiving / release / forming
- SMT: Set-up / operation of SMT machines
- Loading: Component loading, masking, taping, socket loading
- Touch-up: Soldering touch-up, visual inspection, and rework
- Wash-dry: PCB washing & oven baking
- Wavesolder: Wavesoldering / machine set-up / monthly PM
- QC: Visual inspection / automatic optical inspection
- Cros test: Machine set-up & operation
- Meter test: Meter measurement
- FT2100: Machine fixture set-up / programming / Test
- Functional Test: Fixture set-up / test
- Final Check: Mechanical / visual inspection / ID check
- Framing: Frame assembly / Elcon connector assembly
- Packing: Product / accessories / socket packing
Minimum Job Requirements:
Qualification:
Primary / Secondary education
Experience:
Preferably 1 year relevant experience
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
Work Location: In person
