Bright Alliance Hiring! Full Time Account Executive in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Account receivables: Perform ticketing, generate consignment sales invoices and issue official receipt.
• Account payables: Key in AP invoices, perform matching and prepare payment voucher.
• Prepare stock take report of consignment counters and retail outlets.
• Prepare full set account and reconciliation schedules, including accrual, banks, inter-company, AR/ AP, fixed assets and prepayments.
• Perform admin or ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• * 1–3 years of experience is required (We welcome applications from fresh graduates)
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of financial principles and high sensitivity to data, with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other standard office applications.
• Strong writing and communication abilities in both English and Mandarin are a plus. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
