Role Description The Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at Genesis IVF & Women’s Specialist Centre in Georgetown, Penang. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that promote the center’s fertility and women’s health services, both locally and regionally. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing plans, conducting market research, coordinating promotional activities, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and supporting sales initiatives with marketing materials and presentations. The Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent branding, effective patient communication, and strategic outreach to target markets. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to enhance brand visibility and patient engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong Marketing and Market Planning skills to design and implement effective campaigns.
• Proficiency in Market Research to analyze patient demographics, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal, for patient-facing and internal communications.
• Sales and relationship-building skills to support patient acquisition, referral networks, and partnership development.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a healthcare setting.
• Prior experience in healthcare, fertility services, or women’s health marketing is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work on-site in Georgetown.
