Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the marketing department
  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, newsletters, and promotional content
  • Managing client enquiries and ensuring timely follow-up on sales leads and opportunities
  • Maintaining and updating client databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate records
  • Assisting with invoicing, order processing, and other sales administration duties
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
