Background

Food Angel is a food rescue and food assistance program launched in 2011 by Bo Charity Foundation with the mission of "Waste Not, Hunger Not, With Love". The program rescues edible surplus food from different sectors of the food industry that would otherwise be disposed of as waste. Following strict safety protocols, the rescued food items will then be prepared as nutritious hot meals in our central kitchens and be redistributed to serve the underprivileged communities in Hong Kong.

主要工作

協助社區服務網絡拓展及管理團隊拓展社區社會工作,招募社區合作夥伴,維護夥伴關係,並確保其服務水平符合本機構的標準

支持機構不同項目的發展,與運營團隊協作提供不同餐膳服務給服務使用者

職責

協助推廣惜食堂食物援助計劃

協助教育合作機構及服務使用者在飯餐及飯盒上的食物安全要求

建立及維護系統數據以妥善保存社區合作機構的資料

與營運隊伍緊密聯繫以確保每日送出的飯餐及飯盒在品質, 數量及送達時間合乎要求

協助招募及聯繫社區/學校飯堂義工以確保飯堂運作正常

協助巡視及檢查合作機構的運作情況, 確保合作機構嚴格遵守惜食堂之食物安全指引, 定期提交報告

職位要求

中學畢業或以上程度

有客戶服務工作經驗優先考慮

有責任心,具獨立工作能力,良好時間管理及團隊精神

有禮,關懷長者及具服待精神

良好語文及溝通能力

熟悉電腦操作,包括 Microsoft Office

對社會服務有興趣或具經驗者優先考慮
