Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Supporting Partner and fee earners in the Singapore Projects team.
• Reviewing and organising documentation on ongoing matters.
• Dealing with document management on matters.
• Proof-reading documents and presentation decks to ensure accuracy.
• Translating of documents between Korean and English.
• Market research and reporting for matter and client development purposes.
• Participate in and support business development activities.
• Proactively respond to priorities of the team
• Be committed to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Educated to diploma level or equivalent
• Ability to speak, read and write in Korean is compulsory

Relevant Experience

• Previous paralegal experience in a Singapore or international law firm

Key Skills

• IT literate with a good knowledge and high degree of competency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills with acute attention to detail, careful and meticulous
• Exhibiting proper judgement and common sense where appropriate
• Ability to adapting to the needs of internal and external clients
