We are paying RM1000 internship allowance / month.

Key Requirement

• Exposure and involvement in recruitment activities - sourcing, interview arrangement and coordination, negotiation of package, onboard arrangement, induction etc.
• Exposure to employee disciplinary handling
• E-filing of Employee personal file
• Managing Database for daily time attendance, leave and overtime.
• Manage Employee Medical benefit - Update medical expenses and verify panel invoices
• Data entry and checking of monthly staff claim
• Exposure to subcon management
• Other HR documentation work as per assigned from time to time

Requirement:

• Students pursuing in Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Human Resources from Oct 2026 are welcome to apply
• Candidate is currently at final semester able to continue with official employment upon completion of internship.
• CPGA > 3.00
• Credit in Maths (SPM), computer literate
• Willing to work at Kelana Jaya.
• Proactive
• Self transportation required.
