The Accounts Executive supports the Financial Controller in the day-to-day accounting operations of the department, ensuring that accounting practices and procedures are carried out accurately and in accordance with established accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Check the In-House Credit Checklist report to ensure sufficient MOP and review discrepancy reports for vacant rooms.
• Assist in the preparation of the daily adjustment report.
• Check and audit the operational system.
• Conduct weekly spot checks of cashier floats.
• Prepare and assist with month-end closing reports, including trend reports, break-even reports, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and assist with forecast and budget reports.
• Prepare monthly team member attendance records for submission to HR.
• Prepare and post journal vouchers during month-end closing.
• Supervise the daily tasks of the General Cashier.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
