Requirement :

Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and management of infrastructure and building facilities.

Plan, propose, and coordinate infrastructure and building development, upgrading, and improvement projects.

Review and assess building conditions, facilities, and infrastructure to ensure functionality, safety, and reliability.

Monitor construction and maintenance project progress to ensure work is completed according to schedule, budget, and specifications.

Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with building regulations, safety requirements, and company standards.

Identify facility-related issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Prepare project reports, inspection findings, and maintenance records for management review.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Building Technology, Construction Management or any related field.

Familiar with infrastructure development and facility management projects.

Knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and facility maintenance.

Good communication skills

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
