Job Description & Requirements

·         ConductingSWC coordination meeting with LTA E&M team, LTA project team, N1007 andSWC’s.

·         Checkingthe BIM model before issuing to N1007 for CCSM, CSD/SEM, CSCSM for theirpreparation and submission to LTA.

·         Reviewingconsultant drawing and submission to LTA and N1007 for review and approval.

·         DesigningTunnel cable brackets, Service crossover bridge, VICP and CRP for LTA’s SystemWide Contractors (SWC).

·         Liaisingwith vendor to check and verifying the LTA design requirements and compliances.

·         PreparingE&M Niches drawing as per contract and LTA/SWC’s requirement,

·         CheckingST submission drawing, Tunnel alignment drawings, vertical alignment drawings& long section drawings for coordination with SWC’s and tunnel bracketdesign.

·         Designingtunnel walkaway pipe trench based on working session with LTA SWC coordinatorand consultant as per their requirement.

·        Coordination with vendor for Architectural works.

·        Coordinating with clients, SWC,project team and contractors for E&M designand construction works.

·         Assistingand explaining BIM team to model the E&M related works like Plumbing,Sanitary, CSD/SEM, Airwell and submission to LTA for approval.

·         Liaisingwith Architect for design coordination.

·         AttendingLTA’s Line wide NSC E&M meeting, Weekly design meeting and progressmeeting.

·         Liaisingwith own structural consultant for M&E design requirement and coordination.

·         Liaisingwith Interfacing contractors for SWC related matters.

·         AssistingPD/SPM for urgent works and E&M related works.

·         Preparingtemporary design drawing for Bus stop, Pedestrian Overhead bridge, Walkaway forLTA approval.

·         Preparingdesign drawings like SWC equipment delivery and future replacement drawing, CSDdrawing for LTA review and approval.

·         Reviewingall LTA E&M SWC design drawing for coordination such as Tunnel ventilationsystem, Niches, AID camera, LUS, LBS, MVMS, PA, CCTV etc.

·         Liaisingwith LTA MES team for Tunnel jet fan coordination and Air Monitoring Systemequipment’s.

·         AttendingBIM coordination meeting with N1007 & LTA for BIM CCSM and CSCSMcoordination.

·         Preparingcover letter, scope of works and formal drawing submission with QAQC team fordrawing submission to LTA.

·        Highlighting QS team for changes in tender drawing compare with latest issueddesign drawings.

·         ExecutingSingapore standards COP and requirements.

·         PrepareSWC coordination meeting minutes.

·         UpdatingSWC items inputs/status in LTA progress and design meeting.

·         Checking& review documents & drawings before submission to clients.

·         PreparingE&M Niches drawing.

·         Liaisingwith Architect & structural consultant for design coordination.

·         AssistingDesign Manager/Project Director for urgent works and E&M related works.

·         Preparingtemporary design drawing.

·         Ad-hocworks.
