Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for managing ECOs for both new and existing products
- Create and maintain mFlow, PCP, pFMEA, and Work Instructions (WI)
- Raise internal Engineering Change Requests (ECR) when required
- Support and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
- Cross-functional coordination with Procurement, BDG, Planner, Buyer and QA
- Support and oversee FA (First Article) builds to ensure compliance with Engineering requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Min 3 years in Semiconductor or Manufacturing Industry
- Knowledgeable in Equipment Assembly and Test, hands-on experience with manufacturing tools
- Equipment troubleshooting and maintenance experience
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills (8D / 5 Whys / FMEA / CAPA)
- BOM management and technical drawing interpretation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with good communication and writing skills
