The Sales Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling company products, providing excellent customer service, and supporting marketing activities to achieve sales targets and enhance brand image

Key Responsibilities

1 Sales

· Greet and assist customers in a professional manner.

· Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.

· Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.

· Apply upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales.

· Achieve individual and team sales targets.

2 Customer Service

· Attend to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

· Offer honest and reliable product advice.

· Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

· Ensure a positive customer experience at all times.

3 Marketing & Promotion

· Communicate ongoing promotions, discounts, and new product launches.

· Distribute marketing materials such as brochures and flyers.

· Promote the company's social media platforms and loyalty programs.

· Support in-store events and marketing campaigns.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
