Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to support Insight Genesis – IGAi’s strategic growth. This role includes managing cash flow, forecasting revenue and expenses, and monitoring key financial metrics for all business verticals. The Finance Manager will prepare and analyze financial statements, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and maintain accurate records and controls. Day-to-day tasks also involve partnering with leadership on pricing models, investment decisions, and resource allocation, as well as optimizing financial processes and tools in a data-driven, AI-focused environment.

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Experience with financial analysis, KPI tracking, and preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and regulatory compliance relevant to finance operations.
• Ability to use financial software, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools to support decision-making.
• Background in financial planning for tech or AI-driven businesses, or high-growth startups, is beneficial.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
