Job Scope

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities.
• Monitor workers and ensure work is completed according to instructions and schedule.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and site management.
• Monitor work progress and ensure proper work quality.
• Ensure workers follow site safety rules and procedures.
• Assist with manpower, materials, tools, and equipment coordination.
• Report work progress and any site issues to management.
• Maintain basic site records and documentation.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager or management.

Requirements

• Diploma or above, preferably in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related field.
• No prior experience required – training will be provided.+
• Willing to learn and work at construction sites.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work overtime when required.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to follow instructions.

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
