Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Malacca. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, personnel records, and attendance management. The role involves supporting employee relations by addressing inquiries, coordinating performance reviews, and assisting with disciplinary and grievance procedures. The Human Resources Executive will help implement and maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and support training and development initiatives. The role also includes preparing HR reports, assisting with payroll-related data, and collaborating with managers to foster a positive and productive workplace.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience handling core HR functions.
- Proficiency in HR Operations, including recruitment processes, onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
- Experience in Employee Relations, with the ability to support conflict resolution and engagement initiatives.
- Execute Training Plan, training arrangements, evaluation form, HRDF claims
- Knowledge of HR Policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to Malaysian employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling HR data.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS or HR-related systems is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are a plus.
