SJEE Engineering Hiring! Full Time Purchasing Assistant (Electrical Engineering - Data Centre Projects) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

SJEE Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join our team and support our Electrical Engineering and Data Centre Projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting project procurement requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily purchasing activities and prepare Purchase Orders (PO).
• Source, communicate, and coordinate with suppliers for quotations, delivery schedules, and documentation.
• Maintain and update purchasing records, supplier documents, and procurement files.
• Assist in preparing documentation for audit purposes.
• Coordinate with engineers, project teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement processes.
• Monitor delivery status and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Provide administrative support related to project procurement activities.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commerce, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or administration will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to speak Mandarin is preferred.
