Responsibilities
Job Descriptions
Check all drawings and provisions pertaining to M&E works
Co-ordinate all M&E sub-contractors’ work
Ensure and check all M&E works conform to relevant authorities requirements
Assist Quantity Surveyor in measuring work done
Co-ordinate for the commissioning and testing of all M&E works.
Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities
Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site
Job Requirements
Diploma/ Degree in Electrical / Mechanical or its equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Industrial/Commercial and Institutional projects
Having Condo/HDB Project experience is an advantage
We are public listed building construction & civil engineering Company.
