Job Summary

You will manage tender processes and contract administration to secure business opportunities. Deliver tailored, high-quality tender submissions and maintain strong client relationships to support company growth.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tender opportunities via GeBIZ to identify relevant bids for the company
• Produce high-quality, client-specific tender submissions to maximize bid success
• Conduct clinical, administrative, and operational research to support proposal and contract development
• Enter and securely maintain contracts and proposals in organizational databases
• Serve as the primary contact for contractual matters to establish and maintain strong working relationships
• Handle queries and draft business letters, emails, and correspondences professionally
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the company to support business operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Class 3 Singapore driving license

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Experience in contract negotiation, administration, or management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong presentation and organizational skills demonstrated through effective communication and task management
• Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with clients and stakeholders
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
